If the divine creator has given us delicious and exquisite things to eat, the least we can do is prepare them well and serve them with ceremony. –Fernand Point

HERB DE PROVENCE WEDGE FRIES
Great side dish with any meal, especially the Balsamic Turkey Burger.
HERB DE PROVENCE WEDGE FRIES
Red Potatoes (I use about 1-2 per person)
Olive Oil
McCormick's Chicken Grill Seasoning
Herb de Provence
Salt
Clean and cut the potatoes in 8 wedges (or more if the potatoes are a little larger). Lay them out on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle heavily with salt, grill seasoning and herb de provence (2:1 herb de provence to Grill seasoning.) Toss to coat the potatoes with the seasoning. Make sure not to layer the potatoes on top of each other.
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, tossing again after 15 minutes. For crunchier potatoes, bake longer and/or at a higher temp.
