Perfect wine for a summer patio night!

This bottle of wine was our absolute favorite from our trip to Sonoma.  This family winery, Foppoli, was our favorite stop on the wine tour.  This bottle of wine is on a two year wait-list because it is among the last bottles left in the first vintage since the prohibition.  IT IS SO GOOD!

CAKEBREAD CELLARS VIN DE PORCHE

 

During a trip to Napa and Sonoma we visited the Cakebread Cellars winery.  While we waited for our tasting and tour of the winery they served us this wine, which means "back porch wine".  We liked it so much that we bought a bottle to have with lunch.  This wine isn't sold in stores but can be purchased online.
