HOMEMADE CROUTONS

Great on Soups and salads - and much healthier than store-bought.

HOMEMADE CROUTONS

Day old bread of any kind (I usually use sourdough)
olive oil
kosher salt
cayenne and garlic powder to taste
dried parsley

Preheat oven to 400.

Cut bread into cubes and place in a large bowl.  Drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.  Mix well.  Spread seasoned bread onto a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
