MEMA'S CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNDT CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Butter Cake (other brands will NOT turn out the same)
1 small tub sour cream
1 small box chocolate instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 tub traditional chocolate icing

Mix all ingredients together.  Coat a bundt pan with butter and flour.  Pour the batter in the bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until a toothpick entered into the center of the cake comes out clean.

Cool on a wire rack completely.  Turn onto a platter.

Coat the cake with the icing.  I put the icing in my kitchen aid mixer for 2-3 minutes.  This incorporates air into icing and makes it go a lot farther and tastes a little lighter.
