LEMON ICE BOX PIE

Jay said "Im going to take a shower. When I come out I don't want to smell any dessert baking in the oven!" So of course I couldn't think about ANYTHING but dessert! I keep stuff on hand to make this pie because it is so easy and can be made in 20 minutes.

LEMON ICE BOX PIE
Graham Cracker Crust (either a pre-made one or stuff to make the crust)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/2 cup lemon (or lime) juice
Cool whip or fresh whipped cream

Make the crust. Mix together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and egg. Add into the crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Put in the refrigerator until cool. Store in the refrigerator until you eat. Add a blop of cool whip on each slice.
