BRUSCHETTA

BRUSCHETTA


Roma tomatoes (at least 4)
Fresh Basil, chopped (or dried Italian Seasoning)
Feta Cheese
Balsamic Vinegar
Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Chop the tomatoes.  Add the basil, balsamic vinegar, and a little olive oil.  Let it merry for at least 10-15 minutes.  Add the feta cheese.


Top toasted french bread to make classic bruschetta.
Top the Three Forks salad with the bruschetta to make a great entree salad.
Top a grilled chicken breast with the bruschetta.
Top grilled chicken breast on a ciabatta bun for a great sandwich.
