PISTACHIO BREAD

This was a recipe I got from my college roommate. She made this every Christmas - and it just isn't Christmas now without a little pistachio bread!  Thanks Lindsay!

PISTACHIO BREAD

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 small box (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup water
4 eggs
Margarine
cinnamon sugar


Grease loaf pans with margarine and dust with cinnamon sugar mixture.


Blend all of the ingredients together and add a little cinnamon sugar.  Pour in the pans and add cinnamon sugar on top.


Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.


I usually make 3 loaves from the recipe.
