THE PERFECT GUAC


THE PERFECT GUAC

3 avocados
1 large tomato
green onion
salsa
salt

Mash the avocados in a large bowl.  Dice the tomato and add in.  Slice about 3 stalks of green onion and add in.  Mix in salsa - about 1/4 cup.  I use my Mom's homemade salsa but you can use any kind.  Add salt to taste.

Tip - leave the pit of the avocados in the guac and it will never brown.
