QUICHE

QUICHE

2 - 3 eggs beaten
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup milk (best with cream, or half and half... can even use sour cream)
salt and pepper
1/2 cup cheddar or swiss cheese
Pie Crust

FILLING OPTIONS:
Flanked salmon

Steamed broccoli, sauted onions and 1/2 tsp hot english mustard

Cooked ham and extra cheese

If not using a pre-made pie crust, make the crust according to the directions.

Mix together all ingredients and the filling of your choice.

Pour the filling into the crust and bake at 350 until cooked through.
