This recipe has been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember. My Mema (my babysitter growing up - who turned into my third grandmother) used to make this for all of her family's holiday meals, and I have started this tradition with my family.
MEMA'S CORN CASSEROLE
1 carton of sour cream
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 can corn, drained
1 can cream corn
Combine all ingredients and bake in a 9 X 13 pan for 45 minutes at 350, or until toothpick comes out clean.
