SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

1 cup mayo
1 package spinach
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese

Squeeze the spinach in a towel to get all of the moisture out.

Mix all together and put in a greased dish.  Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees, or until toasted and bubbly on top.

Serve with chips or bread.
